So I started watching Sengoku Basara yesterday... and you all need to know the awesomness that is Basara. Fifteen minutes into episode one, the first real thought that comes into my mind is: kiwi peels (6:18:26 PM): holy christ so much porn is gonna come out of this anime

BECAUSE IT'S TRUE. IT'S ALREADY BEEN PROVEN WITH THE VIDEO GAMES, BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY NEEDED AN ANIME.

And then after patiently listening to all of my descriptions and dialogue quotes, lordling says: think juliana (8:25:35 PM): Man, this whole thing sounds cheesy and melodramatic, lmao.

to which I say:

... I DON'T CARE IF THIS SERIES IS CHEESY AND MELODRAMATIC. LMAO ALL CAPCOM GAMES ARE CHEESY AND MELODRAMATIC. IT COMES WITH THE TERRITORY. LOOK AT DEVIL MAY CRY: DMC is that kind of game that has spray cheese instead of just regular cheese, know what I mean? But instead of pimply teenagers spraying it into their mouths you get smooth faced (under the stubble) white-haired pretty men boys wearing lots of leather. With swords and guns.

Ahem.

But oh, speaking of Capcom, you should all check out what new madness they're developing next by watching this trailer (in HD, of course) of Bayonetta 8| I think Kobayashi has a fetish for dominatrix-type women.

BUT HOLY SHIT. I AM FINALLY FINISHED WITH THIS POST. I have more sympathy for people who do episode commentaries now 8| hoo man.
